Massage Envy 13th is seeking a positive, high performing Sales and Operations Supervisor who is interested in working in a fast paced relationship-sales and service environment. A Sales and Operations Supervisor helps lead a team of employees in providing world class customer service and developing genuine relationship-building skills. They provide leadership and a positive personality and must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
· Supervising front desk staff
· Training & motivating Front Desk Associates
· Answering phone inquiries
· Measuring clinic metrics
· Resolving day to day customer service issues
· High membership sales closing rates
· Counting and reporting inventory
· Ensuring we have proper front desk coverage
· Supporting service providers

Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, franchise owners, and regional developers.
Be able to communicate information to Clinic Manager and other individuals in the Massage Envy franchise network.
Possess excellent leadership and influencer skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff and develop a strong team culture.
Maintain client confidentiality.
HOURS:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-8pmThree Weekends per month 10am-6pm
