Description:

SPA DIRECTOR; Responsible for modeling behavior for the entire skincare team. This management role is responsible for mentoring, evaluating, training, and leading the skincare staff; may also be responsible for the clinic's staffing needs. This position reports to the Clinic Manager.

Job Duties:

• Perform our Skincare services which include: Facials, Facial Waxing, Microderm Infusion, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and LED Light Facials.
• Models exceptional customer service skills and adheres to all established clinic policies for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
• Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
• Conducts Esthetician performance evaluations.
• Mentors skincare staff respectfully and honestly effectively communicating and helping to create success for every esthetician.
• Implements a training program for new Estheticians.
• Inventory management.
• Meet retail goals set per client.
• Potential for career advancements involving multiple locations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a current Master ND Esthetician License
• Must adhere to all standards and policies specified in the clinic's employee handbook.
