As a team member of Massage Heights, it will be your responsibility to bring quality massage therapy to the masses through unprecedented customer service. We are looking for professional Lifestyle Consultants for our three San Antonio area locations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise a professional, high-volume, therapeutic, massage Retreat
Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Must lead by example to meet personal and team goals
Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs
Recommend products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists
Qualifications:
Strong retail, sales, medical or customer service experience a must
Basic knowledge of computers and software and ability to learn new systems
People oriented with strong customer-service and sales skills
Highly motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
