  • Responsibilities

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of the Retreat operations with Business Director/Owner guidance.

    o Maintain quality assurance and guest experience

    o Analyze daily/weekly summaries, check for errors, and give recommendations

    o Run weekly reports (KPIs, LC tracker per pay period, etc.) to look for goal progress and review with other retreat management

    o Support corporate policy rollouts and campaign launches

    o Work at least 40-45 hours per week to cover all shifts, including some evenings and weekends

    o Take responsibility to develop and maintain positive working relationships among Team Members

    o Maintain Retreat communications

    o Create an environment that is passionate about providing Guest service.

    o Assist in sales promotions; coordinating at least 10 community events per year

    Monitor staffing needs

    o Weekly/Daily adjust schedule based on need

    o Participate in hiring, reviews, and staffing recommendations

    o Be responsible for employee training, maintenance of personnel files, conducting semi-annual employee reviews, and ensuring proper documentation of performance issues.

    Coordinate with business director to monitor business results and develop business action plans for all areas of the business.

    o Maintain sales metrics and goals

    o Collaborate with owners to develop resourcing plans and incentives to achieve retreat financial and membership goals.

    Collaborate with owners and other management staff to manage the business

    o Communicate with leadership team on business activities bring ideas for improvement.

    o Participate in all required leadership team activities.

    o Support our mission while treating company resources as you would your own.

    Enhance the real and perceived value of the Massage Heights brand

    o Supporting the Massage Heights Mission, Values and Strategies.

    o Building the business by conducting the necessary marketing activities to add members.

    o Continue to build Guest loyalty by consistently following the proven operating system of Massage Heights.

    o Become more efficient, effective and profitable by utilizing the support services provided by the Massage Heights support staff

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1-2 years of sales or retail management experience

    Must be Guest-driven, highly motivated team-player

    Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills

    People-oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills

    Proven track record in achieving sales goals

    Working knowledge of computers and standard software

    Industry experience and knowledge preferred

    Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, etc.

    Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
