ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations when the Retreat Director or Assistant Retreat Director is not present.

Create an environment that is passionate about providing outstanding guest service.

Meet and exceed sales goals.

Maintain 25% closing.

Set goals for Retail, Re-booking, Elevation booking.

Lead by example: achieve personal as well as Team goals.

Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance.

Create a positive Team environment.

Day to day operations of a spa including but not limited to maintaining inventory, inbound and outbound phone calls, laundry, stocking/light cleaning of facility.

Promoting Lifestyle Programs.

Educating guests on the importance of establishing a wellness routine.

Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of sales/retail management experience (including cashier experience).

Highly motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Maintains client confidentiality.

Strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.

People oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales goals.

Working knowledge of computers and standard software.

Industry experience and knowledge preferred.

Required to work weekends, evenings, holidays etc.

Experienced in training, coaching, and conflict and problem resolution a plus.

Has a passion for people and sales.
