Lead Massage Therapist

As a Lead Massage Therapist you will be able to apply your knowledge and artistry of therapeutic services, while educating our Team and Guests with an emphasis on the importance of regular services. Our entire team works with their hearts and hands to elevate the lives and health of our Guests. Responsibilities

Set the standard for high-quality therapy and Guest service through ongoing training and support

Drive the development of our people and processes

Build relationships with local schools to promote the growth of therapists

Confidently, knowledgeably educate Guests about services, products and program

Recommend and perform our core therapy services with consistency, including: Aromatherapy, Revitalizing Face Massage, Reviving Foot Scrub, Hot Stone Therapy, Active Therapy

Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy — Lifestyle Programs

Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home

Lead Team toward the achievement of our goals

Track massage supply inventory - Bi -Weekly

Qualifications

Hold current state license to practice massage therapy

Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities

Be Guest Service-oriented and communicate effectively with Guests

Availability to work certain nights and weekends (our busiest times)
