Massage Heights Spring Town Center is seeking a full or part time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our amazing Massage Heights Family. If you have passion for healing, taking care of guests needs, and love working with a team you are the Therapist we are looking for!
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Duties:
Customize massage sessions to meet the specific individual needs of each Guest
Recommend treatment plans for guest to help meet their needs and goals
Promote the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
Perform 50/80-minute quality massage therapy sessions 110 minute option as well
Maintain professionalism throughout the Retreat
Help maintain cleanliness and disinfect treatment room regularly
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Requirements:
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
Energetic, positive, can-do attitude; respect and value being a part of our Massage Heights family
Exceptional ability to connect and communicate with Guests, Team Members and Management
Adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
Must carry liability insurance (employee discounts available)
Capable of at least Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities (additional modalities such as Sports, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, etc. a plus)
Must have a flexible schedule
