Lead Sales Associates Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
· Take an active leadership role when the Front Desk Sales Manager and Retreat Director are not present. Communicate with the Lead Therapist, too.
· Lead works up to 24-35 hours per week to cover all shifts, especially weekends and evenings.
· Provide excellent guest service.
· Establish and maintain a Team environment that is passionate about providing excellent guest service.
· Present Membership Programs, Gift Cards and retail products.
· Maintain and update front desk LC binder each day
· Read and respond to email for appointment requests
· Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales goals, as follows:
o 25% membership conversion rate
o 35% elevation rate
o Gift card sales goal
o Retail sales of 5% of total sales revenue
o Lower cancellation rate by communicating with those guests starting two weeks ahead of cancellation date.
o Rebooking goal of 30%
· Track personal and Team Member sales to exceed goals, as established by Front Desk Sales Manager.
· Lead by example: achieve personal and team goals.
· Coach team members to achieve peak performance.
· Provide individual LC training when improvement is needed or they are not meeting their goals
· Create a positive team environment.
· Continue to build Guest loyalty.
· Provide excellent guest service.
· Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job.
· Provide a clean environment for Team Members and Guests.
· Communicate with Retreat Director and owner as needed.
· Diffuse guest issues while still following the M.H. standards and membership contract.
· Help Retreat Director with assigned tasks.
· Manage text/email scheduling and confirmation system.
· Help create, write and send promotional email blasts.
· Train front desk staff
· Assist in hiring process
· Listens to call-tracking calls daily for training purposes
Qualifications
· Membership sales experience required.
· Must be guest-driven.
· Commitment to standards/image of the Massage Heights brand.
· Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated Team player.
· 2 Year college degree desired
· People oriented with strong customer service and public relation skills.
· Demonstrate that they have the ability to make wise business decisions.
· Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
· Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
· Industry experience and knowledge preferred.
· Available to work varied hours/weekends, evenings, holidays etc.
· Experience in training, coaching and conflict resolution a plus.
