    We are in search of Front Desk Sales Associates --- who are interested in growing with us.

    We are a family owned, professionally managed business committed to providing our clients the highest level of customer service. We offer customized therapeutic massage and facials.Our Newport Beach location is in The Bluffs Shopping Center at Bison Avenue exit & MacArthur Blvd at the 73 Freeway. Great place to work; convenient, safe location.

    $250 for 1 year + spa membership sales and guest team leadership experience

    Hourly Pay Rate ($16-18) plus commissions on gift cards (5%), memberships ($5-20) and retail products (5%)

    Responsibilities:

    Confidently sell products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists

    Meet Sales targets

    Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs

    Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a positive demeanor

    Educate guests on current sales promotions and special offers

    Ensure complete customer satisfaction

    Exhibit a team player mentality

    Demonstrate dedication to achieving both individual and team sales goals

    Qualifications:

    Membership Sales- 1+ years in spa-type business required.

    Guest-facing experience.

    Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    High energy and motivated team player.

    People oriented with strong customer service skills.

    Demonstrate that you make wise business decisions.

    Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems.

    Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude.

    Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.

    Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis.

    MUST be available to work varied hours (days, weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

    College student or graduate preferred.
