We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or looking to continue developing your skills, you'll have the support, education, and opportunities to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional massage services customized to each guest's needs.

Deliver a luxury spa experience with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Educate guests on treatment recommendations and home care.

Recommend retail products that support guests' wellness goals.

Maintain treatment rooms and uphold the highest sanitation standards.

Work collaboratively with the spa team to create memorable guest experiences.

Compensation

Typical earnings: $35.00-$65.00 per hour, including base pay, gratuities, commissions, and incentives.

Qualifications

Current Texas Massage Therapist License

Passion for wellness and guest care

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to recommend products and educate guests

Team-oriented with a commitment to excellence

Weekend and evening availability as scheduled
