About the Role:

Join MovementPlus Physical Therapy as a Massage Therapist LMT at any of our three locations, AIEA, HONOLULU or WAIPAHU, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' well-being. We are looking for passionate professionals to provide exceptional therapeutic services in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs and preferences.

Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment goals.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment space to ensure a welcoming environment.

Document client progress and treatment plans accurately.

Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and massage techniques.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in Hawaii.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.

Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.

Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
