About the Role:

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Gainesville, VA is looking for talented and passionate Massage Therapists to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity. Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage

Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments that align with Woodhouse luxury spa standards

Conduct thorough client intake consultations to customize each session to individual needs

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment room environment between appointments

Recommend retail products and additional spa services to enhance the client's wellness journey

Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience

Adhere to all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and spa policies

Requirements:

Valid Virginia Massage Therapy license (or ability to obtain one)

Completed accredited massage therapy program with required training hours

Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.)

Strong client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per shift

Prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus
