Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, specializes in various massage modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Abhyanga, Shirodhara, or Marma point therapy), and is committed to promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. In this role, you will tailor treatments to individual client needs, maintain a safe and calming environment, and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Must be able to work flexible schedule including Saturdays and evenings till 7:00pm approximately 28-30hrs/week. More available in Summer.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Maintain accurate records of each session

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Ensure a clean and safe facility

Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy

Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

High level of ethics and integrity.
