Job Summary

Performs manual massage therapy and develops treatment and therapy plans.

Maintains a clean and tidy workplace.

Assists with spa duties such as laundry, light cleaning, and client hospitality.

General Accountabilities

Provides physical evaluation techniques to determine muscle strength and joint stability.

Performs therapy to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

Develops treatment plans by determining clinical data prescribed by doctors.

Takes into consideration the medical history of the patient.

Uses therapeutic devices and techniques.

Documents daily sessions.

Attends clinics, as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education: Training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree

Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with some previous work-related experience
