Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone (depending on certification).

Assess client needs and tailor each session for relaxation, recovery, or therapeutic benefit.

Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil workspace in accordance with Virginia Board of Massage Therapy regulations.

Educate clients on aftercare, stretching, and wellness habits.

Work collaboratively with other beauty and wellness professionals to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

Current Virginia Massage Therapy license (or in process).

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Passion for client wellness and holistic self-care.

Willingness to learn — training and support provided.
