We are the manufacturer/ Distributor of Powersports and Boats. Lots of great opportunity! We have two type of pay structures, Salary Draw/ Commission or just straight Commission. Massimo is growing at a very fast pace and we are looking for individuals who can grow with us.

3+ years of sales experience is preferred in the real-estate, powersports or boat industry. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Marketing experience is a huge plus for this position. Select individuals will be considered without that previous sales experience as long as you have other sales related type of experience.

We are professional, fun, fast-paced and our goal is to sell as many units as we can to meet our quota.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule appointments with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Job Type: Full-time

Income: $80,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
