    Mast Overhead Doors Inc, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. We are a service, sales, and installation company specializing in sales and service of overhead garage doors and operators for residential, commercial, and agriculture applications. The team member in this dynamic position is representing Mast Overhead Doors with clients, internal and external. You will collaborate and communicate with the clients, owners, team members, sub-contractors, and vendors in such a way as to provide great service while exceeding expectations. To do well in this position, you should have previous experience with customer service; be detail-orientated, thorough, organized, and patient. Responsibilities: • Assist Management with the creation and refinement of processes and systems • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and texts/chats in order to provide information about products and services, obtain details of the needs of the client, take messages, or direct clients to the appropriate team member • In-person dealings with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors, including purchasing transactions in our office • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication • Collect information from clients, internal and external, to manage and update the client database with complete and accurate information • Follow-up with clients about receipt of estimates and determining if more information is needed • Collect, complete, and return requested documents to clients, following established procedures • Create and maintain records for outstanding client orders, parts ordering, and filing of documents • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing other tasks as needed • Work on Digital Strategies including but not limited to social media, email campaigns etc. Qualifications: • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and characters • Ability to stay calm, composed, empathic, and professional, especially in emergency situations and with excited clients • Excellent oral and written communication skills that build rapport quickly with team members, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors • Strong active listening and professional phone contact handling skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects, with strong time management and respect for deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy of work • Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments, data entry, record keeping, and computer operation • Ability to identify errors and solve problems through critical thinking, sometimes outside the traditional ‘box’ • Able to work independently, while representing the values and goals of the company Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
