We are currently seeking a SNOWFLAKE DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT for our client in the MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT domain. DURATION: 6+ Months Contract with a solid possibility of extension
LOCATION: Burbank, CA (Remote)
ROLE: SNOWFLAKE DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT
PRIMARY SKILLS: ETL/ CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
ROLE DESCRIPTION: The SNOWFLAKE DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT must have at least 5+ years of experience.
For a Media and Entertainment client embarking on an Enterprise Cloud Data Platform journey across various business functions like HR, Legal and others.
The client is looking for someone with greater experience on a snowflake implementation project. For this role, you must have worked on a snowflake PoC which demonstrates your knowledge and hands-on capabilities, but need in-depth project implementation experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience in Snowflake based development that involves - data ingestion (ETL or ELT), Snowflake development tools and concepts.
Strong JavaScript/Stored Procedure development experience, end to end development, build, configuration of Snowflake zones for metadata management, job orchestration, change data capture, fine tuning queries etc.
3+ years of implementation experience on Snowflake on Cloud (AWS preferred), hands-on experience in Cloud data platform.
10+ years of experience in Data warehouse modeling, design and development.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
