    Job Description

We are currently seeking a BROKER COMMISSION ANALYST for our client in the HEALTHCARE domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth.     DURATION: 10+ Months Contract

    LOCATION: Burbank, CA

    ROLE: BROKER COMMISSION ANALYST

    PRIMARY SKILLS: DATA ANALYSIS

    ROLE DESCRIPTION: The BROKER COMMISSION ANALYST must have at least 2+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and processing of broker establishment in the Company’s systems including the validation and appointment through the appropriate State/Federal Regulatory agencies (i.e., CA DOI), producing and securing signed Commission Agreement.

    You will work to assure establishment in AP for payment and W9 reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining of broker data, commission schedules and payment processing are both accurate and timely utilizing a complex set of systems and process while assuring they fall within strict business and financial compliance and control.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Under general supervision, reviews and processes in a highly controlled multi-skilled environment basic level work items such as broker maintenance and demographic updates.

    • Add/change commission schedules, processing appt/licensing requests, broker of record changes and handle incoming broker phone inquiries while utilizing multiple complex systems.

    • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and analysis of high dollar commission, rewards and bonus payments to brokers and consultants.

    • Provides basic analysis of commissionable accounts to assure accuracy of payments.

    • Researches and resolves basic issue and inquires

    • Processes very sensitive work in accordance with appropriate legal, compliance, state, and regulatory requirements

    • Assist in issue identification and basic recommendations for resolution.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • May require limited coordination with other departments or resources to accomplish desired outcomes.

    • Generally, involves following established procedures, instructions, and/or manuals.

    • Requires occasional judgment to select from specified alternatives.

    • Escalate issue to appropriate management.

    • Ability to work without structure and prioritize tasks effectively.

    COMMUNICATION:

    • Exchanges and interprets non-routine information and/or collaboration of work

    INDEPENDENCE/DISCRETION:

    • Operates under general supervision.

    • Follows specific, outlined and detailed procedures.

    • Exercises limited discretion within defined guidelines.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

    • 1-5 years

    EDUCATION: High School/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2+ years
