Position Details:

Schedule: Part-time available

Compensation: Highly competitive, full commission

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments

Deliver exceptional client care with a focus on results and building long-term relationships

Educate clients on treatment options and recommend customized skincare plans

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment

Support the team in achieving sales and service goals

Qualifications:

Current Master Aesthetician license in Virginia required

Laser certification strongly preferred

Electrolysis experience is a plus, but not required

Previous sales experience is a huge plus

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
