    In our first L’Oréal USA Master Class, we are delighted to welcome Jennifer Woodworth, Vice President, Operations, L’Oréal USA, who will share her unique career path, insight into the complex and exciting world of operations, and answer YOUR questions about #LifeatL’Oréal!

    About Jennifer Woodworth: Jennifer Woodworth began her career in 2004 as a Commissioned Officer in the US Airforce. In 2008, she joined L’Oreal as a Packaging Engineer. In 2013, she took a sabbatical to join her husband in Germany, where she worked as a Civilian employee of the Department of the Army. She rejoined L’Oreal in 2016 and currently leads Open Manufacturing. She graduated from Boston University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and completed her MBA at the University of Florida.
