    About Jennifer Woodworth: Jennifer Woodworth began her career in 2004 as a Commissioned Officer in the US Airforce. In 2008, she joined L’Oreal as a Packaging Engineer. In 2013, she took a sabbatical to join her husband in Germany, where she worked as a Civilian employee of the Department of the Army. She rejoined L’Oreal in 2016 and currently leads Open Manufacturing. She graduated from Boston University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and completed her MBA at the University of Florida.
