We’re looking for experienced craftsmen who live within our service area (Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany, Millsboro, Georgetown, Milton, and nearby towns). If you’re outside that area, this won’t be the right fit—the drive time wears people out, and we want you to stay and succeed with us.

What We Offer

Local, steady schedule – Monday–Friday, 8–5. Home for dinner every night.

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years of proven trade experience across 6 or more trades (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, flooring, exterior repairs, tile, etc.).

A craftsman who values quality, professionalism, and reliability.

Someone who communicates clearly and leaves customers smiling.

Must bring your own tools and reliable work vehicle.
