About the Role:

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with deep expertise in Stibo Systems to join our growing team in San Antonio, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise data strategy across Retail & Supply Chain domains and make a lasting impact on how our clients leverage their most critical data assets.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions using the Stibo STEP platform for Retail and Supply Chain environments

Define and govern master data architecture, data models, and data hierarchies across product, supplier, and customer domains

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions

Lead data quality, data governance, and data stewardship initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data

Integrate MDM platforms with ERP, PIM, and Supply Chain systems using APIs and ETL pipelines

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and development teams

Conduct MDM platform assessments, roadmap planning, and best practice recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform architecture and configuration

Strong background in Retail and/or Supply Chain master data domains (product, vendor, location)

Proven experience with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and metadata management

Proficiency in integrating MDM solutions with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

Experience with APIs, XML/JSON, and ETL tools for data integration and migration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
