About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.

Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status.

Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices in best practices and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.

Requirements:

Valid Master Electrician license in Maryland and Washington, DC.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
