Work closely with ownership to optimize processes, job flow, and customer satisfaction

Help recruit, mentor, and manage future journeyman and apprentice electricians as the business grows

Embrace and utilize technology tools and systems to streamline operations and communications

    Qualifications

Active Minnesota Master Electrician License (required)

Minimum 5 years of residential and/or light commercial electrical experience

Strong knowledge of Minnesota codes and permitting procedures

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to manage projects independently and follow through from start to finish

Interest in team leadership and long-term company growth

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
