We are seeking licensed master and journeyman electricians.

What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in solar and commercial projects

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks

Mentor apprentices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Valid state-issued electrician license- master or journeyman certification

4+ years of experience in commercial or solar electrical work

Strong knowledge of conduit bending, panel installation, and service upgrades

Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed

OSHA 10/30 certification preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation and hand tools
