About the Role:
Join our team as a Master Electrician and be at the forefront of launching our new Electrician Division! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and help us expand our services while delivering top-notch electrical solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of our new Electrician Division.
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
Conduct safety inspections and assessments of electrical systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
Manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical work.
Requirements:
Valid Master Electrician license in Texas.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in residential services.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
Proficient in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
