About the Role:

Join Fashion Forward Salon & MedSpa as a Master Esthetician, where your skills, experience, and passion for results-driven skincare truly make an impact. We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused professional who is excited to elevate the client experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented, and growth-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone confident in advanced treatments, values education and results, and is motivated to build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare and aesthetic services in accordance with state regulations and company protocols

Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses to create customized treatment plans

Educate clients on skincare routines, post-care, and long-term treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment notes

Uphold strict sanitation, safety, and infection control standards

Promote and recommend retail products to support client results

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals

Actively grow and maintain a strong personal clientele through exceptional service and client experience

Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and continued education

Collaborate with team members to create a positive, professional, and supportive environment

Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, inventory, and overall spa cleanliness

Requirements:

Active Master Esthetician License (Virginia)

Proven hands-on experience performing advanced skincare treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, Broadband Light (BBL)/light-based therapy, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion

Previous training and experience with BBL/light-based treatments required

Strong knowledge of skin conditions, product ingredients, and treatment protocols

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Established client base and ability to bring and retain a following of loyal clients

Confidence in retail sales and service/package recommendations

Active presence on social media or willingness to promote services and build clientele

Willingness to participate in and support salon events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
