Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services for diverse clientele.

Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.

Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Assist in training junior stylists and barbers on techniques and best practices.

Promote and sell hair care products to enhance client satisfaction.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Georgia.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a salon or barbershop setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.

Proficient in a variety of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a commitment to ongoing education and improvement.
