MORTGAGE BRANCH MANAGER

Position: MORTGAGE BRANCH MANAGER in a growing mortgage company.
We are seeking an experienced MORTGAGE BRANCH MANAGER with Pipeline Management and Loan Scenario Management experience. Will need experience in Mortgage Sales and is a Closer. Must have an NMLS LICENSE AND CALIFORNIA Department of Real Estate License preferred.
Needs to be goal driven and strives to help loan officers with structuring loans and helping closing prospects, in-bound and out-bound sales, and telemarketing Management, coachable, looking to be challenged, continuing education, Candidate must have at least 5 -10 years of management of Mortgage Loan Officers.
POSITION DUTIES:
Helping current Loan Officers with inbound sales, rebuttals, structuring loans and coaching LO’s in-bound call transfers and pre-qualifying lead from Loan Openers, Loan Officers and Call Center. Helping LO’s and Company with lead conversions, Lending Compliance, Lending Guidelines and overlays and MONTH END FUNDINGS.
MUST HAVE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE ATLEAST 5-10 YEARS OF MORTGAGE BRANCH MANAGER EXPERIENCE OF LEADING TEAM OF AT LEAST 5 LOAN OFFICERS.
MUST BE TECHNOLOGY SAVVY.
MUST NOT ALL FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, VA, FHA, JUMBO, NON-QM AND COMMERCIAL LENDING GUIDELINES
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF MORTGAGE SALES EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE AN NMLS LICENSE
DRE LICENSE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT A MUST
ALL training will be provided
Business Administration
Lending Knowledge is required
Previous mortgage lead generation CRM AND OPTIMAL BLUE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
MUST NO CALYX POINT, DU, EMCOMPASS AND LP PLATFORMS
College Education or equivalent is a plus but not required.
Bilingual is a plus but not required
$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per annum Salary + bonus on all month end loans funded.
In addition to the Salary there will be $150,000-$300,000.00 plus bonus compensation with position per year on average
