    THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY ROLES AS WE CONTINUE TO GROW OUR RAPID GROWTH IN THE UNITED STATES:

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • PROCESS ALL SALES ORDERS FROM EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS WITH AND COORDINATE WITH 3PL WAREHOUSES, WHILE MAINTAINING QUICK RESPONSE TIME FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND ACCURACY RELATED TO ORDER ENTRY. 

    • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS IN COMPANY-WIDE INITIATIVES THAT ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

    • CONFIRMING ALL SALES ORDERS FOR CUSTOMERS AND PREPARING ANY ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK OR SPECIAL REQUEST FROM OUR CUSTOMER OR LOGISTICS PARTNERS.

    • BILLING OF ALL SALES ORDERS THROUGH OUR ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE, AND ENSURING CUSTOMERS RECEIVE INVOICES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

    • EMBRACE THE ROLE OF BEING THE CONTACT POINT FOR CUSTOMERS, FREIGHT PARTNERS AND 3PL WAREHOUSES. 

    • MANAGE ALL INCOMING CONTAINERS FROM SHIPPING POINT TO FINAL DESTINATION AND FOSTER CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMS BROKERS TO ENSURE TIMELY IMPORTATION OF PRODUCTS FROM PORTS INTO OUR 3PL WAREHOUSES.

    • ARRANGING TRANSPORTATION FOR CUSTOMER SALES ORDERS WHEN REQUIRED, INCLUDING SMALL PACKAGES AND SAMPLES FROM 3PL FACILITY AND OFFICE STORAGE/INVENTORY.

    • RECONCILIATION OF FREIGHT BILLS FOR ACCURACY AND TIMELY RECEIPT.

    • ASSIST MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH REPORTING OR DATA REQUESTS AS NEEDED.

    • MAINTAINING SHARED ACCESS FOLDERS WITH REGULATORY CERTIFICATES AND ITEM INFORMATION.

    • RAPID RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR DOCUMENTS, AND PAPERWORK BY SALES TEAM OR CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY.

    • SUPPORT OFFICE WITH OTHER NEEDS AS NEEDED SUCH AS ARRANGING TRAVEL, TRADE SHOW COORDINATION, ORDERING OFFICE SUPPLIES, SAMPLING PRODUCTS FOR CUSTOMERS AND OTHER TASKS AS NEEDED.

    • ASSIST IN OTHER OFFICE NEEDS SUCH AS TRAVEL, TRADESHOW SETUP, SAMPLING, SUPPLIES ORDER MANAGEMENT.

    • SUPPORT WITH ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MATTERS AS NEEDED.

    • SUPPORT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS WITH ANNUAL INVENTORY, SPOT INVENTORY CHECKS, AND ISSUE RESOLUTION AS NEEDED

    • ASSIST WITH MAINTAINING FOREIGN SUPPLIER VERIFICATION PROGRAM AND ANY OTHER REQUESTS FROM USDA/FDA AS NEEDED.

    • SOME TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED (LESS THAN 10 %)

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR RELATED FIELD, AND/OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • EXPERIENCE WITH SAP HIGHLY PREFERRED

    • EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR OPERATIONS, PREFERABLY IN FOOD MANUFACTURING.

    • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF IMPORTING CONTAINERS

    • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH 3PL WAREHOUSES AND FREIGHT PROVIDERS PREFERRED.

    • ABILITY TO QUICKLY RESPOND TO URGENT ISSUES VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALLS

    • STRONG ORGANIZATION AND PRIORITIZATION SKILLS

    • ABILITY TO PROFESSIONALLY; AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE BOTH ORALLY AND IN WRITING

    • DETAIL ORIENTED AND ABLE TO PERFORM DUTIES WITH ACCURACY; QUALITY AND INTEGRITY

    • HANDLE SIMULTANEOUS PROJECTS, EFFECTIVELY MULTI-TASKING AND REMAINING FLEXIBLE TO LAST-MINUTE CHANGES

    • WORK INDEPENDENTLY WHILE USING APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF DISCRETION TO COMPLETE PROJECTS/TASKS AS NEEDED

    • STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

    • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MS WORD, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT, EXCEL.

    • CRITICAL THINKER AND LOGICAL PROBLEM SOLVER.
