We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Technician to drive our team. We are a high volume full service shop that has up to date equipment and a clean work environment. Work along side other skilled Technicians and Service Advisors completing high quality work and providing great customer service. With our pay structure a skilled Technician's earnings potential is unrestricted with our top Technicians making over 100K. Our focus is quality work and making the most of each car that we see. Fixing cars right and bringing them back time and time again as repeat customers, not comebacks. This shop has new lifts and they are some of the tallest lifts in the industry. Safely work on cars and 1 ton trucks well over your head if you like. This shop has all the amenities, owner support and equipment for an experienced and well rounded Master Technician to move in and make a comfortable home here as the permeant Lead Technician. Latest Digital Vehicle Inspections
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
Describe labor and parts needed for complex automotive repairs to assist advisors
Inspect and test vehicles for necessary and recommended repairs
Perform internal engine, transmission and gearbox repairs
Record detailed and accurate notes about diagnosis and repairs
Diagnose, repair and replace engines, transmissions, differentials and other major vehicle components
Qualifications:
5 years minimum previous experience as an automotive technician / mechanic
Lead technician experience in a non-dealer shop.
Knowledge of electronic diagnostic and repair equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Exhaust & welding experience a plus but not required
Must have professional set of tools, service cart and toolbox
