About the Role:

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Huntsville, AL is looking for a skilled Master Plumber to join our growing team of plumbing professionals. If you take pride in your craft, love solving problems, and want to work for a company that values your expertise, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drain systems

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for plumbing projects

Mentor and provide guidance to journeyman and apprentice plumbers on the team

Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and pricing

Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job

Requirements:

Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Alabama

3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and compliance standards

Experience with water heater installation, drain cleaning, and pipe repair/replacement

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
