Job Title: Master Plumber – Smart Plumbing Technology

Location: Long Island, NY and Surrounding Areas Compensation: $130,000–$145,000 per year (Salaried + Bonus) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends or on-call requirements!

What You’ll Do:

Install and service smart home plumbing devices (e.g., Flo by Moen, Phyn, Flume, Notion, FloLogic, Leak Defense, and more)

Educate homeowners on how these systems work to prevent water damage

Provide expert plumbing service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Perform basic fixture, valve, and appliance installations

Troubleshoot plumbing systems and assist with minor repairs

Collaborate with and possibly mentor junior technicians

What We’re Looking For:

Active Master Plumber License

5+ years of residential plumbing service experience

Strong understanding of water supply systems and fixture installations

Experience or interest in smart plumbing technology and app integrations

Technically skilled, customer-focused, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report

Strong communicator who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
