Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber with strong residential experience to lead and help grow our field operations. This is a key role within the company, offering the opportunity to influence processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of a high-performing plumbing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential plumbing installations, service, and repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency

Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines and materials

Assist with permitting and inspections as required by the city/state

Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices as the team grows

Work closely with leadership to develop operational processes and best practices

Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions

Represent the company professionally on every job site and with every client interaction

Requirements:

Active Master Plumber License in Kentucky (required)

Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across a variety of plumbing systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
