Job Title: Plumbing Manager / Licensed Master Plumber Location: Madison, WI Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Based on scope of work - $80,000 - $110,000 + DOE

Key Responsibilities

Provide plumbing leadership and technical oversight

Support daily operations, team performance, and service quality

Ensure compliance with Wisconsin plumbing code and licensing requirements

Assist with hiring, training, and team development as needed

Support process improvement, operational efficiency, and overall department growth

Serve as the qualifying license holder for the business, if applicable

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin Master Plumber License in good standing (required)

Residential plumbing experience required

Leadership or management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of plumbing code, permitting, and compliance

Strong communication and organizational skills
