About the Role: As a Licensed Master Plumber at Re-Bath, you’ll take the lead on all plumbing aspects of residential bathroom renovations. From rough-ins to final fixture installs, your expertise will ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, code compliance, and craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with our project managers and installers to keep projects on schedule and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and related fixtures

Perform both rough-in and finish plumbing on remodel projects

Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and state plumbing codes

Work collaboratively with remodeling crews to deliver timely, high-quality results

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Michigan

3-5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience

Deep understanding of plumbing codes, safety practices, and efficient installation methods

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
