Are You the Person Other Plumbers Call?
We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Master Plumber who can design, diagnose, supervise, and repair plumbing systems—and explain complicated plumbing problems without making everyone else feel like they need a dictionary.
You know your codes, your fittings, and exactly where the main shutoff is. You can spot a bad installation from across the room, solve problems under pressure, and remain calm when a customer says, “I watched a video about this.”
If you’re ready to lead projects, mentor plumbers, and keep water flowing in the right direction, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Oversee, design, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
Lead residential plumbing projects
Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, regulations, and company standards
Inspect completed work and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, customers, and project managers
Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices, journeymen, and other team members
Estimate materials, labor, timelines, and project costs
Help manage permits, inspections, documentation, and compliance requirements
Diagnose leaks, pressure issues, drainage problems, and plumbing mysteries
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide expert guidance without saying, “Well, that’s an interesting one,” too often
What You Bring

years of progressive plumbing experience
Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience estimating materials, labor, and project requirements
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to [50] pounds and work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and elevated areas
Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic
A healthy respect for water pressure, gravity, and the phrase “turn off the main”
Bonus Points For
Commercial, industrial, or large-scale service experience
Experience with backflow prevention, hydronic systems, gas piping, or medical gas systems
OSHA or other safety certifications
Familiarity with digital work-order, estimating, or project-management software
The ability to mentor others while resisting the urge to say, “Back in my day…”
What We Offer
Competitive pay
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off and holidays
Retirement plan with company match
Ongoing training and professional development
Company-provided tools, uniforms, or vehicle, as applicable
Overtime opportunities
A professional team that values your expertise
