Master Scheduler
Master Scheduler is responsible for leading CPM strategy and schedule governance across multiple concurrent fabrication or construction projects. This role serves as the scheduling authority for multiple concurrent projects across manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor scheduling professionals across multiple projects
Develop and maintain logic-driven CPM baseline schedules
Oversee schedule updates, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting
Establish and enforce scheduling standards and governance
Monitor performance against baseline and prior forecasts
Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and develop recovery plans
Develop acceleration strategies and “what-if” scenario modeling
Utilize Primavera P6 and schedule diagnostic tools
Qualifications
8+ years advanced CPM scheduling experience
Background in fabrication, manufacturing, industrial, or complex construction environments
Proven experience leading or mentoring schedulers
Strong expertise in risk analysis, cost/resource loading, and delay analysis
