Responsibilities: • Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships • Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs • Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Maintain a clean work environment • Have a positive attitude • Team player Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal • Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary • 10 year of experience • Must have Scanner • Diagnosis of all vehicle systems • Compensation: $36 - $45 hourly
