Job Description
We are seeking an ERP Software Customer Support Analyst for the OMS ERP management accounting and supply chain software.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn about how our ERP system works in conjunction with the business operations of our customers
- Onboard customers during the software implementation phase to guide customers through the transition to using new business processes with our ERP software
- Train customers to help them achieve their business goals
- Follow-up with customers on any questions, unresolved issues, or updates after they have gone live
- Support existing ERP customers over the phone, email, and other online meeting tools
- Communicate between all necessary departments (Development, Support, Sales) about your project statuses
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Great teamwork and a drive to provide the best customer support experience
- Working in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations with multiple projects
- Self-motivated and able to learn independently on-the-job
- Computer proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in management accounting, information technology, or supply chain management
