Automotive Master Technician
Our client is looking for an experienced Automotive Master Technician to join their growing service team. Our client is a well-established, locally owned automotive dealership serving the Indianapolis area. Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday OR Tuesday through Saturday - YOU choose!
- 8 AM to 5 PM OR 9 AM to 6 PM
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivability repairs
- Complete scheduled maintenance and manufacturer warranty repairs
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify repair needs
- Perform quality inspections and accurately document repair recommendations
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Professional automotive technician experience required
- ASE certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Experience with domestic, import, or luxury vehicles is welcome
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced shop
