Job Description
The Workday Integration Architecture is responsible for architecting, researching, designing, developing over 100 complex Workday integrations! In this role, you will be a member of the Workday Integration team that works with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/LMS teams to manage and support several Workday integrations. We are looking for self-starters, those who can work independently, with and across teams. You will coordinate client interviews, vendor meetings to produce detailed specifications and eventually write integration code to move data in and out of the WD system. You will work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements and conduct unit tests and document findings. This individual must apply strategic and creative thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our IT system investments.

CHARACTERISTICS & ATTRIBUTES
5-8 years related work experience
Strong technical knowledge including Workday knowledge and previous experience with other HRIS applications.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly manner.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong change management skills and the willingness to make a difference.
High energy, motivated roll-up the sleeve team player
Good understanding of project management methodologies.
Data analysis skills to identify what data the business currently has, what data needs to be carried over to a new system and what data needs to be constructed.
Data cleansing knowledge in scrubbing current state data for future state data and processes.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Familiar with agile development principles
