Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Analyst (FA) to join our Finance & Accounting team to help design, develop, and maintain performance models that incorporate strategic drivers for our forecasts. In addition, this role will optimize existing reports and reporting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
• Assist with monthly financial closes, output plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets.
• Communicate data (both written and verbal) at all levels of the organization in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
• Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively; improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams.
• Participate  in the preparation of presentations including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budgets, and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
• Support any ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
• 3+ years of finance experience 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• An ability to work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
• SQL and python experience is a plus, as is any BI experience
