    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The National Accounts Manager, eCommerce is a highly analytical role that is RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING SALES AND PROFITABILITY WITH PURE PLAY ACCOUNTS INCLUDING WAYFAIR, AMAZON, AND BUILD.COM. This role collaborates with many cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Finance to ensure our business runs smoothly and on a high growth trajectory.  This role is responsible for sales growth, profitability, and analytics, requiring extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills. 

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • DRIVE REVENUE AND PROFIT GROWTH WITH ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS.
    • DEVELOP CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC ECOMMERCE STRATEGIC SALES PLANS (NEW PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONS, AND CI OPPORTUNITIES) TO ACHIEVE REVENUE AND PROFIT TARGETS.
    • IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACK SALES PERFORMANCE THROUGH THE USE OF DATA ANALYTICS.
    • ANALYZE AND TRACK COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY WITHIN THE CHANNEL AND PROACTIVELY DEVELOP PLANS AND PROGRAMS TO LEVERAGE OPPORTUNITIES.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop the plan and optimize the tools needed to achieve successful sell-in and sell-through.
    • Collaborate with other internal functional departments, e.g., finance, supply chain, and distribution, to become more efficient and reduce cost.
    • In conjunction with Demand Planning, develop product forecasts and collaborate with supply chain within the S&OP forecasting process.
    • Manage expense budgets and other expenditures, while meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in developing programs that are valued by Pure Play accounts.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline required.
    • 5-7 years sales or marketing experience working with online channels.
    • 3-5 years sales or marketing experience working with Amazon, including Vendor Central platform, Amazon Media Group (AMG) and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Wayfair, and Build.com
    • Experience in selling, marketing, and launching new consumer and commercial products within eCommerce channels
