Job Description

Graphic Design Specialist is required to have good knowledge in print digital assets and photography with a passion for creativity and a good eye for detail.  This position allows you to work with multiple departments in developing packaging design POP photography brochures signage etc.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Position reports directly to the Graphics Manager and supports our MasterBrand Cabinets division based in Weslaco TX.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Photography
• Design product packaging
• Design POP for store displays
• Photo editing and photo retouching
• Design brochures signage hand outs
• Work closely with vendors to ensure good printing quality and color accuracy
• Ensure replenishment POP is printed correctly and accurately
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure brand guidelines are being followed and being consistent

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to perform well in pressure situations and multitask
• Be open to receive and provide feedback
• Self-motivated with high quality standards and strong organizational skills
• A Positive friendly and helpful demeanor is essential – must be a team player

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of related experience working in a similar role
• Some Photography knowledge
• Knowledge in Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word)
• Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator InDesign Photoshop
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Close attention to detail is imperative
• Fluent in English and Spanish
