    Job Description

    The Total Rewards delivery leader will own the implementation, communication, business partnership, and administration of the company's total rewards programs, including base pay, incentive pay, equity, retirement, health & welfare programs. Through close collaboration with the Total Rewards strategy team, this role deploys (new, annual activities, and modified) total rewards programs through a partnership with the HR community and relevant leaders.

    YOUR ROLE:

    • Manage, coach, and develop a team of total rewards partners who provide informed guidance to support our continuously changing business needs through conducting analysis, understanding market data and trends, and proactively translating our total rewards strategy and programs into a practical execution plan.
    • Provide direct consultative and strategic partnering efforts to human resources and business leaders to maximize the organization’s performance. Reinforce the mindsets and capabilities required to best use our compensation/benefits programs and ensure a strong ROI on using key HR systems, tools, and processes.
    • Build an understanding of our total rewards offerings by driving employee and leader engagement through effective communications and easy-to-use programs.
    • Develop, sustain, and evolve a job architecture that provides a foundation for HR and compensation practices and analytics, enables talent initiatives, and drives equitable, efficient, and transparent programs.
    • Oversee program deployments for annual salary planning, benefits enrollment, and health / financial wellness initiatives.
    • Develop and execute our annual calendar of core total rewards activities.
    • Manage complex leave administration program and escalated employee benefits issues from vendors, employees, and beneficiaries.
    • Continuously identify and drive process improvement utilizing our lean tools to prioritize, leverage technology, and streamline business processes.
    • Provide thought partnership with the Total Rewards strategy team to monitor, evaluate and design total reward strategies and solutions.
    • Lead initiatives that improve the employee experience creating a best place-to-work culture.
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience is required in addition to 10+ years of a combination of compensation and benefits program implementation and managerial responsibility.
    • Experience in the analysis, delivery, and business consulting of compensation programs is required.
    • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills are required.
    • Advanced MS Office skills are required – especially Excel. HRIS experience required, Workday implementation, configuration, and maintenance experience a plus.
    • Must possess strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and communicate at all levels in the organization.
    • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levels
    • Well organized and confident to work independently but a strong team player.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and balance priorities with a sense of urgency.
    • Occasional travel required.
