Job Description
The primary role and responsibility of the Project Manager is to lead the execution of cross-functional projects for the Digital and Technology PMO. The Project Manager will have the responsibility to drive projects through a phase-gate approach. The Project Manager will develop project plans to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget. They will be the champion of the project process and responsible for managing the project team and stakeholders toward fulfilling the mission of each project. The position requires extensive facilitation of and collaboration with the cross-functional groups involved in defining and developing solutions.
This position will actively manage an entire program of projects supporting our Customer Experience initiatives. Preference will be given to candidates who have extensive experience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Salesforce system implementation experience a plus. The candidate will manage the program as well as lead individual projects through completion in this area.
We are looking for experienced project managers who can support a traditional management approach in digital technology implementations. The Project Manager will create, manage, and update all forms of documentation (Project Charters, Budget, Risk log, Project Plan, Gantt chart, etc.). While having a background in Agile and a Servant-Leader mentality is helpful, it is not required for this position. MasterBrand primarily uses a traditional waterfall approach to project management but is also utilizing the Scrum framework supporting projects where requirements are not as well defined.
The selected candidate for this position must be available during Eastern or Central time zones.
