Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins have recently launched a new company in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ.

We are currently looking for a Database Engineer who wants to help our company continue to innovate and grow through technology. We need self-starter individuals, with a team-oriented work ethic, who will work directly with our Chief Technology Officer and take our company to new heights. We have a loyal worldwide following, where every one of our customers is not just a client, it’s one of our students we would like to take to the next level, through several different self-grown and maintained platforms.

If you are a professional with experience in maintaining a very hands-on focus for technology matters combined with an affinity for solving complex technical issues, and has an entrepreneurial spirit, this job is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deep Knowledge and experience in designing and maintaining MySQL and/or PostgreSQL

· Experience building and maintaining complex production databases

· Working knowledge of relational database (locking, serialization)

· Coding skills in the procedural language for at least one database engine a must (PL/SQL, T-SQL etc.)

· Determine the root cause of database models according to business needs or requirements

· Monitor performance and optimize queries to ensure exceptional user experience

· Excellent communication skills and team oriented

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities in software

• 3+ years of technical experience in a database engineering role

• Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications

• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Follow through each project to completion

• Enjoys working and loves to help people, working well independently or in groups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations: We are doing hybrid schedules, where sometimes you may be at the office.
