This position is an entry level opportunity that involves hands on training in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service necessary to develop you into a successful brand ambassador for our clients.

Masterplan Marketing specializes in representing Non-profit Organizations through events and community outreach. We believe in training our people from the ground up -so no experience is necessary! YOU CAN DETERMINE YOUR OWN SUCCESS BY YOUR OWN EFFORTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Completing all sales and leadership training

· Meeting all sales objectives

· Present directly to customers

· Increase brand awareness

· Working on customer retention

· Acquiring new customers

· Maintaining a positive and fun work environment

· Developing a leadership role in sales and team development

-Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses! Our representatives make between $700-$1500 per week with our high pay structure! We offer a commission payout of about 40% higher than our competitors!
